OCEANGRO Fertilizer, produced by The Ocean County Utilities Authority, is registered with the New Jersey Department of Agriculture. It is manufactured to fertilizer specifications from biosolids which exceed United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Exceptional Quality Standards.
